What The Work Looks Like
We are not an OEM reseller, not a marketing-heavy MSP, not a generic IT consultancy. We are a third-party maintenance and lifecycle practice operating multi-vendor estates in regulated environments. The day-to-day reflects that.
Practitioner-first. Every role on this page is a working role. Field engineers ship parts and stand up replacements. Compliance leads write the documentation that gets accepted at audit. Strategy leads sit in fiscal-year defense meetings. There is no marketing function authoring engineer-titled content; nobody builds slide decks they didn't ship the engagement for.
Multi-OEM, real estates. The platforms are real: Dell, HPE, IBM, Cisco UCS, Lenovo, Oracle, NetApp, Pure, Dell EMC, Hitachi, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Aruba, Nutanix, VxRail, SimpliVity, vSAN, HyperFlex. Across federal, state, financial, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and education customers. You'll work on equipment 5+ years past OEM EoSL on more days than not.
Decision-stage scope. Engagements are evaluated against measurable outcomes — TCO reduction, SLA escalation count, audit acceptance, EoSL extension years, fiscal-year continuity. We don't do "advisory" without delivery; we don't do "delivery" without the procurement officer in the room.
