Run the federal practice.
Deliver, agency by agency.

Run delivery of federal-agency engagements end to end: NIST-aligned operations, fiscal-year-aligned procurement rhythms, and a multi-agency portfolio — with P&L responsibility for the practice's growth. This is the seniormost operating role in the federal practice: the person agencies call, and the person the company holds accountable.

What You’ll Run

The estates behind this role.

WUC Technologies is a managed IT services partner — sharpest in healthcare services, where the flagship workloads are Epic/EHR hosting and radiology on Dell PowerScale and NetApp AFF storage. Savings cases the practice builds are structural: the same models behind the infrastructure savings calculator.

  • A multi-agency federal portfolio with NIST-aligned operational requirements
  • Fiscal-year procurement rhythms and the delivery cadence they impose
  • Practice P&L: growth, margin, and the delivery quality that protects both
  • The interface between agency stakeholders and WUC practice teams

What you’ll own — and what it takes.

  • Build and develop the federal delivery team
  • Represent the practice to agency leadership as its accountable owner

  • P&L ownership experience at practice or business-unit level
  • Working fluency in NIST-aligned operations and federal audit expectations

  • A delivery record agencies will reference
  • Washington, DC presence preferred; remote considered with travel

Nice to have

  • Infrastructure services or third-party-maintenance market background
  • Existing agency relationships in civilian or defense segments
  • Experience growing a practice from single-agency to portfolio scale
